A teenager!

    Royce your a teenager, how did this happen? Honestly I don't even know! One day we were checking your carseat 100x before leaving the hospital then we blinked and now we are laughing with you about ball hair! (Seriously a conversation I never want to forget!!:)) 

    As I go through all of our memories I reminisce the good times. I see how much you've grown, how much you've learned. I watch you make new friends. I admire how well you handled your first heart break. You don't know I know, but I know. Your'e in 7th Grade and really don't like it.  You don't like waking up at six nor going to school by 8am. You enjoy riding the bus because you get to hang out with friends. When you get to school you love walking to the gas station for "the best hot cocoa you've ever had." School is hard this year for you but you are working your butt off and I see it. I am the most proud mom. Do not give up. Doing hard things makes you stronger!

    You loved flag flag football and seriously did such a good job! I can't count the amount of touch downs you made! 

    Basketball this year was a blast for you. Watching you was so fun, you excelled so much. Your skills are worth perusing. I hope you play basketball every year, your only going to get better. 

    Watching you longboard and snowboard is a blast. Dad took you to Beaver for the first time. The two of you didn't have enough time but the time you had you soaked right up! You've been up to Pioneer park a few times. I love that we have a small hill that you and your siblings can go to here in Mendon.

    Dad has been taking you fishing a lot. You've caught quite a few fish. For christmas we all got ice fishing stuff. Dad has been so busy we haven't been on the ice yet. You went with Greyson and loved it, iI one the other hand stressed the entire time! 

    Mom went on vacation so Dad took you to the Zoo and Boondocks. Go-Carting was my favorite thing growing up with my dad. I love seeing yours took you kids.

    Halloween this year was so sad for mom because you decided to bail on us!! I know you had fun and thats all that matters! I didn't even get a picture of you in your cute Curry outfit!

    Christmas was one of my favorites! You got a bunch of Curry merch and a jersey that arrived in time to call it a Valentine gift! 

    Dad has been working his butt off to make sure he gets a lot of one on one time with you kids. You boys enjoyed a Jazz game on new years. After words we met up as a family to celebrate in a hotel. We brought in the new year as a family then finished off with a movie. And swimming in the morning. 

In all Royce I would say you had a great year! You've gotten taller and smarter. The next mile stone you have to look forward to is braces and turning 14!!
