Gavin James
Mr. Gavin!
You are six years old!! Every year I keep thinking wow my baby is so big, yet every year you get even bigger. Although you're not actually that big, a whopping 33 pounds, you are growing on the daily. Everyday I watch you learn something new. I see you listening and soaking it in. You are such a fun smart little boy. You amaze me with your words everyday. In the few months of kindergarten you've learned way more than I could imagine you could have learned in such little time. I cant wait to see how far you grow this year.
You are still having a tough time with food. We can not let you eat peanuts of any kind. Absolutely no left overs. A few weeks ago you ate pizza left overs and fell ill for a solid five days. You missed a weeks worth of school and lost three pounds. I have never seen you so sick in my life. The problem with you being sick during flu season the doctors think it's just the flu. My mom instincts were right before so I believe I'm right again when I say you have a possible Histamine Intolerance. It's hard to explain (google it) basically you have a few to many foods to stear clear of. I'm convinced you're only alive because of cereal, chocolate milk and chips. Mom fail, maybe? But you're still alive at least. Now that you're all better you are eating five meals a day. You're starving! Lets get those pounds back!!
Aside from those typical food issues you are the best child. You still love me. You still want to sleep in my bed every single night. You love when dad comes home and hate when he leaves. You wanted to start wrestling this year but you were to small. You still want to start gymnastics. Hopefully we can get you and P in asap! You no longer cry going to school. For a minute I was so worried you may never enjoy school. Luckily for all of us you love going, you no longer cry. You'll ride to school with the big three or walk yourself into class. I am beyond proud of you. You have grown and matured so much!
I have so many dreams for you. I want you to keep loving, forgiving, and growing like a little weed. Both your mom and dad love you so much!
I hope your birthday was everything you asked for. Happy Birthday little man!!
xoxoxo with all the love in the world,
mom
