Christmas 2015

What a busy, most amazing Christmas it was this year! We were so excited when Dennie showed up on Christmas Eve. Originally Dennie wasn't going to be home til December 28th. Which ment we would have had Christmas then. Of course we didn't mind at all. But when daddy showed up Christmas Eve the excitement was threw the roof.
It also ment I was up all night wrapping. 2am was nothin for Santa this year.
We woke up with giddy kids ready for some unwrapping. I only took two pictures this year. I wanted to focus on the fun rather than taking pictures. I have no regrets.

(Yes I look like I only got three hours of sleep!)
We enjoyed having Christmas together on Christmas Day.

After opening gifts we started our Christmas family visits.
First visit was to see Grandma and Grandpa Manteufel with grandma Jackie and grandpa Tom. Grandpa is now in a nursing home. He has his good days and has his bad days. But while we were there he had a smile on his face the entire time. I think he enjoyed the company and kids running around. We all shared gifts. Mom and Tom gave the kids their stockings full of candy and clothes. G and G Manteufel gave us all money. It was all very generous and so much fun!

Thank you guys for the fun memories and wonderful gifts. We loved seeing you all!!

Next Storm and Charley stopped over for Christmas lunch. Which was fantastic! Then they spoiled with gifts. We had a great time spending time with them as well!

Next stop was dads and Jans. G and G Wilcox stopped by and we all visited. They gave us all money. Dad and Jan did the cutest pjs, hats, and fun stuffed minions. This year dad and Jan was able to redu their kitchen. So Dennie and I decided to replace their super annoying garbage can with a new, clean, pretty one. They were thrilled. Which was a relief because I was nervous. Haha.
After dads we headed to Layton for the Gallegos/Bassette home. There we met Jason, Chandra, Rosie, and kids. It was so much fun seeing them all. We rarely get to see them all together especially with Dennie. We exchanged gifts and the kids had a blast playing. There is Nothing better than family time with all the people we love most.

I love these guys dearly and was so happy to see them when we did. No better time than Christmas.

Christmas night we made a bold move to do something different. Korean food was the answer. Of course we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was awesome. Definitely going to make it a tradition!
I have the cutest family ever! It was such a blessing to have us all together.

Not having school for two weeks we needed to fill our time with fun eventful activities.

A bunch of us enjoyed dinner at chickfila with Santa clause and Mrs. Clause.

We got four families together for a gift exchange. Each kid picked names for one another and bought gifts. It was a wonderful time with gifts, donuts, hot chocolate, and pizza. Even us moms enjoyed getting gifts for one another.

It was a tradition that I hope to carry on for years to come. We adore having the close friends we have.

Mason had a Christmas party at school. Which also was a gift exchange with pjs and Santa.

He was able to take cupcakes to school for his birthday.  They were so fun to make. (Polor bear paws)

He felt so big!

This year was our first Ginger bread house making. I'll admit, I don't care for them. And still feel the same. But it was cute to see what they made.

It was also our first year tubing!! Thank you grandpa Bart for the opportunity and for the Rounds family for providing the best time ever. Ryan, Michelle, and the kids came up for a few days. Being from Arizona the snow was a blast for them.

It was a busy few days. But the best most memorable memories were made. We are so lucky to have such an awesome family! We love you guys!

Getting ready with our little Santa, cookies and milk.

Our Elf Sparle is so silly.

Dennie and Gavin refusing to take anymore pictures.

We were spoiled by the Hunsakers for Christmas while at Robbie's second birthday party. They were so sweet to get us our first tackle box and accessories for our ice fishing poles. We are all ready for some serious ice fishing now! They are such a blessing to us. We absolutely love our Hunsakers!! (Happy birthday Robbie!)
Jill and Will bought a new truck so of course we had to go drive it around! Each kid took a turn driving!

It's been an amazing week so far! Merry Christmas to you all!
